The City of Ocala Recreation and Parks Department will host a community meeting to discuss fundraising efforts and upcoming events for the Ocala Skate Park project Monday, June 11 at 5:30 p.m.
OCALA, Fla. (May 16, 2018) – The City of Ocala Recreation and Parks Department will host a community meeting to discuss fundraising efforts and upcoming events for the Ocala Skate Park project Monday, June 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the proposed location for the skate park, 517 NE Ninth St.
At this meeting, attendees will have an opportunity to walk the site and gain a better prospective of what the park will look like once it is completed. City staff will present updated information about the project, as well as involvement opportunities for local skateboarding and BMX enthusiasts. This meeting is free and open to the public.
